An overgrown conifer hedgerow along the front boundary of a property was dense, unmanageable, and affecting the curb appeal of the house. The homeowner wanted a fresh, low-maintenance solution that would provide year-round privacy and improve the street view.
We carefully removed the old conifers, clearing all stems and roots to create a clean, healthy planting area. A new Photinia (Red Robin) hedge was then planted along the boundary, with proper spacing, improved soil, and support to ensure strong, healthy growth.
Halfway through the project, the next-door neighbour came to see the transformation. Impressed with the fresh new hedge, he asked us to quote for a Portuguese Laurel hedge along the front of his property. Once approved, we removed his overgrown conifers and planted the new Laurel hedge in the same professional way.
The result? Both properties now feature vibrant, evergreen hedgerows that provide excellent privacy, are easier to maintain, and dramatically enhance the street view, giving both neighbours long-lasting, attractive boundaries.
